What is a Jumper House? Jumper is another term for a Bounce House, Moonwalk, or Inflatable. A bounce house is inflated by a large blower fan that is connected to the exterior of the inflatable structure. When the blower is turned on, the bounce house inflates and it becomes safe to play inside. Bounce houses come in many shapes and themes including castles, slides, boxing rings or your favorite sports team!

Do you deliver and set up?
Indeed! Jump N Kids will deliver and set up each inflatable jumper and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and return to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, cleaning takes 10 minutes, and take down is about 15-20 minutes. This service is included in your rental cost.

What kind of power is required?
Inflatable jumpers plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the inflatable jumper should be no more than 100ft from that outlet (some offices 50ft, please ask when ordering). If you would like to set up an inflatable jumper at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

How much electricity does the bounce house use?
The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour, which is less than many of your home appliances.

What type of surface can the Inflatable Jumper be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, turf, bark, or dirt (extra charges may apply). Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

How much room does an Inflatable Jumper take up?
An area of about 13 square feet or 15 square feet with a vertical clearance of 15 to 22 feet. When a customer calls to reserve an inflatable jumper, we will discuss the dimensions for the particular shape or size being rented.

Are Inflatable Jumpers safe?
Absolutely! Our inflatable jumpers are constructed with safety in mind. As with any activity involving small children, however, an adult providing supervision is necessary. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the inflatabe jumper. All of our inflatable jumpers are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.

Why do I have to use anchors or sandbags with inflatables?
While inflatables are heavy, they also present a large surface for the wind. If an inflatable is not anchored correctly the wind, depending on how strong it is, can actually pick it up and blow it away with or without children playing in or on it. Regardless of how well anchored an inflatable is it should not be played in or even left on when the winds exceed twenty miles per hour. If your party rental encounters such winds, please get the kids out immediately and unplug the electrical cord attached to the inflatable bounce house.

Can I use a water hose on a Bounce House?
No, under no circumstances should water be used with any dry use inflatable that is not designed for water use. There is a $75.00 charge if an inflatable gets wet due to negligence. Please ensure your sprinkler system is in the off position prior to delivery of your party rental until the inflatable is removed from your property. If the weather is over 90 degrees and your don't have adequate shading over the area then we recommend one of our water slide rentals. These water slide inflatables are designed for use with water (see our water slide table in the menu) and your inflatable party rental representative will also be glad to discuss our water slides.

Why is an adult required to monitor the use of an inflatable rental at all times?
Inflatable rentals that are used correctly are safer than playground swings and slides. However, improper use by the occupants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of an inflatable at all times to insure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury.

Are you Insured?
No, we are not insured. Customers should have their own insurance that will cover inflatable rentals at home (homeowners insurance) or on public property or at a park. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent an inflatable jumper are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We cannot set up an inflatable jumper until the liability waiver is signed and a rental payment is made.

Is there a deposit required to reserve an inflatable jumber?
We do not require a deposit. All we need to know is the date, time & location of your event as well as the specific inflatable jumper or shape you prefer. We will collect payment (usually Cash or Money Order) the day of the party when we set up. Please inquire if you wish to make payment by another method in advance at time of reservation (i.e. credit card or business/organizational check).

Can I have my party at a park?
Yes, but only if you obtain your own Insurance for your event and obtain your own permit from the park office. Inflatable jumpers are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have an inflatable jumper at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on the policy. Also check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge. (We are currently not registered at Las Vegas and Metro Surrounding area parks and currently will not be able to set up at public parks unless you have your own event insurance and park permit secured)

What if I must cancel?
No Problem. Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent that particular inflatable to someone else; we may have a waiting list.
