What is a Jumper?Jumper is another term for a Bounce House, Moonwalk or Inflatable. A Jumper is inflated by a large fan that is connected to the exterior of the structure. When the fan is turned on, the jumper inflates and it becomes safe to play inside. Jumpers come in many shapes and themes including castles, slides or your local sports team.
Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! JUMP N KIDS will deliver and set up each Inflatable Jumper and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, cleaning takes 10 minutes, and take down is about 15-20 minutes. This service is included in your rental cost.
What kind of power is required?
Moonwalks plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Inflatable Jumper should be no more than 100ft from that outlet (some offices 50ft, please ask when ordering). If you would like to set up an Inflatable jumper at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.
What size area is required to set up the bounce house?
A minimum of 15 feet square or 17 feet square for the average size bounce houses.
What type of surface can the Inflatable Jumper be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, turf or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
How much room do I need to set up an Inflatable Jumper?
You should have an area about 13’x13’ or 15'x15' with a vertical clearance of about 15 '-22'. When you call to reserve your INFLATABLE JUMPER, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting.
Are Inflatable Jumpers safe?
Yes. Our INFLATABLE JUMPERS are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the INFLATABLE JUMPER. All of our INFLATABLE JUMPERS are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.
Are you Insured?
NO, we are not insured. And you will have to have your own insurance that will cover your rentals at home (homeowners insurance) or on public property or at a park. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent an INFLATABLE JUMPER are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up an INFLATABLE JUMPER until the liability waiver is signed and a rental payment is made.
Is there a deposit required to reserve an INFLATABLE JUMPER? No. We do not require a deposit. All we need to know is the date, time & location of your event as well as the specific INFLATABLE or shape you prefer. We will collect payment (usually Cash or Money Order) the day of the party when we set up. Please inquire if you wish to make payment by another method in advance at time of reservation (i.e. credit card or business/organizational check).
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes, but only if you obtain your own Insurance for your event and obtain your own permit from the park office. INFLATABLE JUMPERS are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have an INFLATABLE JUMPER at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. Also check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge. (We are currently not registered at Las Vegas and Metro Surrounding area parks and currently will not be able to set up at public parks unless you have your own event insurance and park permit secured)
How do I reserve my INFLATABLE JUMPER?
Simple! Just dial 1-702-349-5765 or Se Habla Espanol at 1-702-806-5072 and we will reserve your jump and gladly answer any questions you might have. Be sure to check the inventory link to preview their inventory prior to calling.
What if I have to cancel?
No Problem. Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your INFLATABLE JUMPER to someone else; we may have a waiting list.
